Our go to blend for any brew method. Roasted to highlight the beans natural sweet notes. Expect to find fruit tones as well as rich chocolate and toasted marshmallow. When cut with milk or cream most of the fruit tones melt away and you are left with one of the most chocolaty cups you’ll ever have. Bold, balanced, and heavy bodied you can’t go wrong with Cedar Creek.
Our Cedar Creek Blend is roasted using beans from Central and South America. When in season, the foundation of the Cedar Creek blend are beans from Columbia’s farms in China Alta grown at elevations ranging from 1850 to 1950 MASL. The beans are wet processed and come from Caturra, Variadad Columbia, and Typica type cultivars. Guatemala and Peru round out the blend and both are grown at farms above 1800 MASL.
